Special English: Them jokers can go pee up a rope

Failed to get a clear picture from it. The context is a post by Setanta in the thread "Has The Supreme Court Ever Used The Declaration Of Independence To Decide A Case?"

It seems to mean "those nitpickers, those non-serious-thinkers and those fun-seekers can do nothing here - their efforts will doom to be futile." But I am not sure.

Thanks in anticipation.

It aint clear because it aint bein used right to begin with, eh, Ori?

Basically it means they can **** off.
Go kick rocks.
Go pound sand.
Go to hell.

Go do something, anything, however senseless, just get the hell out of here.

@oristarA,
Just what it says, nothing special or unusual.

Those clowns.

Best I can tell, that's all that's intended, anyway.

Eh... I see five guys before Setanta: Walter Hinteler, Roger, Layman, Jespah, Tsarstepan. Who are Setanta's jokers?

@oristarA,
I took a look at the thread, Oris. I suspect the reference was to those mentioned in the original post:

Quote:
Talking to some internet Confederates on YouTube. They seem to believe that the Constitution derives its legitimacy from the Declaration of Independence... Then I got to thinking, I wonder if, by chance, these latter-day Confederates might be right in at least a few cases.

I am sure they are the "latter-day Confederates" discussed in the post which started the thread.

Oristar, your failure to comprehend a very obvious thing is puzzling.

@oristarA,
One thing I probably should have added, eh, Oris.

Guess what happens when you try to piss up a rope?

It all comes back down, that's what.

If ya catch my drift.

It's kinda like sayin: "Go **** yourself," but it's different.

It's "Go piss on yourself," see?

I will...although A2k is usually too heady for me at that hour. I'm not suffering from erectile dysfunction, or needing to buy a kitchen, so I usually just walk around the house, being a jerk to the cats.

I concur with this.

Apparently Blickers was talking with some people who want to secede from the union today like the South did during the American civil war.

And much like the crazy people who say it is illegal for the government to make you pay taxes, I suspect they have some unusual interpretations of the law that probably will not be accepted in court.

I concur.

Picture the rope dangling from a ceiling, and someone at the bottom of the rope trying to pee upwards. Gravity being what it is, things will not work out well for anyone who tries to do this.

A limerick from my youth:

There was a young man from Nepal,
Who had a mathematical ball.
The cube of its weight
Plus five, over eight,
Gave the height he could piss up a wall.
