I Have been denied by my insurance to make a boot that has a 4 1/4 lift so I can walk they say it is not medically necessary I appealed with a peer to peer with my doctor and was denied again so I appealed then again denied I am on the hearing in front of a aminastrater judge in phoenix on the 17th of jan. I can not walk without the Shoe outside my home the lifted shoe I have is worn so bad it is hard to walk and pain has increased in my legs and back I broke everything from my waist down 28 operations How Can I Get A Favorable Decision that make it medically necessary

Get another doctor's opinion, and bring video of you attempting to walk to your appointment.

They denied the presctiption for this prosthetic shoe? That seems very odd.
