I am not a American.
BUT I care about the Leader of the State, you know that it is effecting the whole world.
so can you tell me who is the best president, Cliton, Bush,and maybe the Carry???

IMHO, I'd say Clinton. What I wouldn't do to go back to the days when the biggest bunch of crap we had to stomach on the evening news was who Clinton was boinking in the Oval office. Ahhh. Those were the days.
