Can anyone provide me with specific bills that have both been written by Senator Kerry and passed by the Senate. I only want ones that have been started and finished by Senator Kerry. Please provide any links. Thank you.

Sort all you want. There's a lot of stuff here. Some important, some not so important unless the subject of the bill was something you were involved in.
It shows a picture of a hard working Senator, putting bills up to certify a ship for employment right next to issuing a bill to reduce the deficit, if you'd spent any time in a working legislative office you'd know the routine bills exceed the standouts by a factor of fifty to one.
It shows the work ethic of a representative of the People.

well, one of 'em....
Congress on the Web
Kerry has introduced over 600 pieces of legislation in his 20 years in congress. One thing to keep in mind, GOP has controlled the Senate for over 12 of the 20 years of Kerry's tenure. A minority party member has a difficult task getting legislation passed.
He was also lead the investigation into the terrorist supporting BCCI / Failed Savings and Loans as well as Iran Contra.
Not bad for a rookie Junior Senator.
Oh, crap.
Kerry headed the BCCI whitewash?
The International Banking equivalent of the Warren Commission Report?
If so, he knows a lot more about the Agency and it's machinations than I figured.
So... HE knows "where the bodies are buried", keeps the "right" secrets... his presidency is already bought and paid for, it seems.
Dubbie might as well hang it up... stick a fork in him, he's done.
