Actually, I suspect he thinks we're all just his clumsy, retarded, bizarre looking pride and it's his job to see that we don't starve. It's not that I don't appreciate the motive, it's the result that grosses me out.
I too think most animals just think that their humans are funny looking dogs or cats!
