How to call a company after my interview?

I had an interview at Starbucks 12 days ago that went well, but the manager told me that I'd have to get transferred to another Starbucks location and that I should be hearing from them to call me in for a second interview. The manager advised me that if I don't hear anything back after a week, I should call them myself. I was just wondering if waiting 12 days was already too long of a time to call them back, and that if I did call them, what should I tell them exactly?
