Lola, there's a Princess around wearing your avatar ... one of the reasons I dont have an avatar. Its so weird if someone else crops up with the same pic! Instant instinct confusion.

I honestlt can't. I used to look at your avatar of the legs and the name "Lola" and think, yes, that;s a woman. But now, after a few beers, my mind plays' tricks on me, and your name has all sorts of other connotations...

Only Drom and the Moderators know what happened, PaulaJ, but no-one can/will tell. Have a look back through this thread for info from Jespah, Craven, Timberlandko and others about this. There's posts from both members and Mods about the whole issue of banning etc. Here's the official info about Drom. Me? I have no idea. I'm just keeping out of the way and letting people get on with it. I'm just happy to be a member and want it to stay that way.

hey, panzade ... remiss of me not to have mentioned it before - kudos for a fine, poignant, perceptive, pointed, and, IMHO, pretty much on-the-point essay, there. Only excuse I've got for not acknowledging - and lauding - it earlier is that I've been site-wise sorta otherly occupied here just of late. I agree, avatars can be like perfumes. You never know whether other people like you or hate you based on your perfume. So I go without.

I'm thinking of changing my avatar. I have an idea in mind. All I need is a little technical help from my friend.
