Thanks, all. Just being away from mundane routine for a few days lowered my blood pressure by fifteen points.
Do you need to take medication for high BP? If it is regularly high, do consider doing so seriously because of the danger of chronic (and even labile) High BP.

My life is quite stressful at the moment. Five years ago my blood pressure would have been hunky dory, but "They" moved the bar and now anything above 120 is Not Safe. I'm working on reducing the nasty numbers through exercise, weight loss, Western Zen and breathing exercises.

I think I caught a glimpse of you on Central Park West, mooching mungo from one of the best apartment buildings on the Upper West Side. You were too busy arguing with the doorman to notice me.
Glad to hear your handling it, Noddy. Sound like good methods. And, of course, discharging on Gus, really helps. What would we do without him?

I know, C.I. <thank goodness> What I should have said was that Angelique was attempting to get herself banned, not that she was suspended by the mods. Hope that comes across semantically. Often folks misread what I say.
