I'm more interested in De Lay's three censures from the ethics commitee. Is this the best the GOP can offer?

I wasn't aware they were. Last thing I remember I got a 307 in the lottery. A big sigh of relief.
The possibility of a draft greatly increases if Kerry is elected president.
He is on the record as stating he would increase the army by two full divisions and would send US troops anywhere in the world to "battle injustice".
Kerry has not said he will keep the military a volunteer service (while Bush has).
Liberal Democrats recently introduced 2 bills to reinstate the draft. It was overwhelmingly defeated in the Republican-controlled Congress, but what is stopping the Democrats from doing it again?
Liberals are very weak in the area of foreign policy, and this is just one example why....
