After making this statement immediately following the debate....
Having given the edge to cheney, who I can't stomach...please let me say on every thread regarding this debate I've posted on, that I will, should Edwards be perceived as the winner of this debate, happily eat crow and ask for second helpings...with a side order of my hat.
I see that every poll gives the debate to Edwards....by a good to great margin....today being my anniversary....I'm ordering Crow for myself....and please everyone pass your hats......along with any serving suggestions....I am SO VERY happy to be proven wrong here,,
I said I'd eat crow....I said I'd eat my hat...I didn't say one damn word about sitting at the table with dick cheney.....some things are too distasteful to contemplate.......

Doh! That's not what I meant. I should have said 'I gave the victory to Cheney', because I sure as heck am not sharing my crow.

Actually, I thought it a draw. Edwards drew some blood but no one was throwing chairs, metaphorically or otherwise.
