@giujohn,
I'm not at all sure his selections are in for smooth sailing, even with a Republican majority in the Senate.

@roger,
You could be right...but then I noticed it was a big list. You never know...look at Roberts...but then I like our chances... Billary would have been a ******* disaster.

@Region Philbis,

For a complex problem he is the simple answer that's wrong.

@hingehead,
I don't know, but that is an odd way for anyone with any shooting experience at all to hold a hand gun.

@maxdancona,
I get your point of view.

It was mine when Obama won twice.

The difference is (and this is not necessarily directed at you because my memory isn't that good), my horror was consistently interpreted as an expression of racism.

We'll see if he makes anyone happy, but I am 99.999999% sure Clinton would never make me happy, so I'll accept ownership.

@Robert Gentel,
The biggest victory in this election!

Thank God Mitch McConnell rolled the dice and didn't comply with Obama's pick!

But you will notice how much fewer thumbs down votes there have been since the election

We have a few that still haven't checked in? Politics shouldn't be that personal.

@Region Philbis,
Actually, We the People didn't elect Trump, the electoral college did. I am not complaining about it, if the electoral college managed to defeat Trump I would have been happy about it. However, it is important to keep in mind that it appears more people did not vote for Trump than against him.

Politics have a funny way of affecting our every day lives when those in elected in politics are in charge of it.

@skirby,
Not quite. The electorial college hasn't elected anyone yet... that doesn't happen until December 19th. Also without the popular vote the Electoral College can't vote at all. Simply, what the electorial college does is not allow States like New York and California to always be the deciding factor in electing a president... the founding fathers were some pretty insightful and intelligent people.

Seems like it functions exactly how they intended. Perhaps you have some kind of personal insight on their intentions?
