So the North Korean Foreign Minister said a not so nice tweet from our president amounts to a declaration of war. See: http://www.cnn.com/2017/09/25/politics/north-korea-fm-us-bombers/index.html

Very few wars are neat self contained operations like the Falklands and Sierra Leone. Most spill over into other countries, there are always unforeseen circumstances and a nuclear strike between Russia/China and the US which seems unthinkable now could change once the situation in North Korea goes hot.

This needs a safe pair of hands and there aren't any of those in the Whitehouse right now.
