@CoastalRat,
Our totals are in sync.

How 'bout Da Bears! They fooled us all.

Yes they did. That one was quite surprising. Really thought the Vikings would win rather easily.

Uppers and Downers - Mid-way Through the Season -
Four players rose in the standings by three positions this week: Lightning, Ragman, Jaumen and Johnboy. Coastalrat rose two slots. The race to be top dog tightened. Coastalrat, Lightning and Osso are separated by just one game.

George fell by three, falling from second to fifth, while Cowdoc's crystal ball should go to the shop for repairs. He slumped from fifth to eleventh place.

The best ESPN expert would be at or near the top. They consider a game that ends in a tie to be a correct pick. The worst ESPN guy would rank about thirteenth.

I may have won 2 weeks but I'm still near the bottom overall. At least I have bragging rights over something.

@George,
I went to a Catholic school taught by Dominican nuns. They probably couldn't care less about the chalk dust that might land on my classmates. They wanted to avoid any landing on them because that was their...

...habit.

My picks with comments (not that anybody asked)

Atlanta Falcons -- they do it with smoke and mirrors
Philadelphia Eagles -- just because
Minnesota Vikings -- Lions keep making bad decisions
Pittsburgh Steelers -- even Ben-less
Dallas Cowboys -- vs Browns: gonna be ugly
Kansas City Chiefs -- vs Jags: speaking of ugly
Miami Dolphins -- just because
New Orleans Saints -- on a roll
Carolina Panthers -- not the least bit confident
Tennessee Titans -- Chargers are whiny crybabies
Green Bay Packers -- despite RB revolving door
Oakland Raiders -- I like this Raider team

Seattle Seahawks (24-21) -- but the Bills could do it (really)
