Going to school for paralegals is just dumb if you've always wanted to be a nurse. As for schooling not working out for you, jump into the job market and see how well you. A couple of years aging, combined with a couple of years of job experience may give you a whole new perspective.

Do some research by visiting a hospital or nursing school to find out what kind of training will be required to get your license in your state. As with any job title, there are different specialties. Find out what they are to see if any one of them seems interesting enough for you to pursue.
