Hello!

I have recently started up a role play forum (no, not going to advertise here or give out names). It's been a notable steep learning curve thus far. But as I get into the swing of things and looking after the various participants I was wondering if there was either anything people could advise or suggest reading based on their own experience.

Thank you in advance!

@Ardvark,
I took an entire one semester (graduate level) course in community management. Usually this doesn't come in book form. Start looking for big-time community managers online - they tend to hang out on Twitter. I like to follow lists. In the interests of full disclosure, I happen to be on this list. I've been a community manager since before it was a legit job title: https://twitter.com/DesiKadyova/lists/fellow-community-managers/members
