Help with Facebook band page!!!!!!

So a friend of mine created our band Facebook page. She is not apart of our band and we are trying to get soul ownership of our fb back however she is unable to remove herself from the page. Is there a way to get her off of it completely and give the access to me who manages the page. I am unable to know the password even because it's linked to her personal fb and is the same password she can't even change it. So really I just want to get her removed or have her do it herself if possible. Help!
