Yes, I know that. I'll add addenda as is my wont in conversation. Small carriers may still carry baddies in the future.
But my own agenda is that I hate my sky being messed with, and that includes nice stuff, as in the balloon festival here in Albuquerque and skywriting and so on, banners with sales announcements, innocuous stuff. This is a longtime beef of mine, described some other place on a2k. I know it is prissy, but it is my opinion. Don't **** with my sky.
