How do you eat powdered kelp?

On rice? In soup?

What are its uses? Is it true it's a miracle cure for weight accumulating at the midriff? Does anyone know why this is a common belief? Does anyone have anecdotal information of it working???

(I ask hopefully hoping it'll whittle off what becoming a pesky problem on my formerly fit frame...) PP Smile

I would put it in miso soup or almost any soup really. Sprinkle it over a salad, maybe?

Spread it around the garden in early spring. After harvest, you are eating powdered kelp - somewhat indirectly, of course

Perhaps a water spray, but not in cool weather, after distributing it over the tomato patch..
