As a non-UK citizen, you can join the SNP, Ukip, the Greens and the Lib Dems, who allow people living anywhere in the world to join. You could join the Conservatives if you were resident in the UK, and you could join Labour if you were resident and had been for at least a year.

I know. I had had a discussion about this ages ago - the last time in the Locarno Room (Jack Straw didn't really listen to my problem, though, but he said "hello"!)

I’m very sad for the UK. I get the impetus for Brexit, but Johnson’s other plans don’t bode well for the future of the NHS, or the fight against austerity.
