@Tes yeux noirs,
I agree.
Point is - They allowed the thread I posted about him to stand.
This, latest one (A test), they didn't.

I think Set is very readable. You too, Tes.
You can both be knobs, on occasion, too.
Same as me.
But we each can, once in while, offer insight, in our various approaches.

Leadfoot - Does not.

Mark, you're very generous considering I have slagged you off quite a bit. Thanks.

@Tes yeux noirs,
Tes - You're someone I can relate to. And I adore constructive-criticism.
Had you just followed the 'plod', I'd never have bothered 'testing' your prowess.
I hope, time permitting, we can find a medium.
All the best to you, Sir!

@Tes yeux noirs,
Nope, that is the reality we live in today. Do you disagree?

@woiyo,
Realistically there is little difference between parties. Both are populated and controlled by people who seek power and re-election as a priority. Both try to teach voters to fear the other party and “in essence” vote for the lesser evil. Both spend more time fund raising for re-election than governing. Both want to rule the country for the benefit of themselves and wealthy donors instead of govern for the good of all people.

@Tes yeux noirs,
So you are suggesting that Bernie Sanders ideas on how to run your life are similar to say Chris Christie?

In a broad sense you are correct that both parties members are more concerned in maintaining their position of power for their own self interests. Yet, there are differences in the methodology

In European terms, the the republicans occupy the far-right, and the Democrats the centre right. Sanders is not an out-there left wing socialist, although he may seem that way to more conservative Americans.

@Tes yeux noirs,
Flash, this is not Europe, nor do we want it to be Europe.

@Tes yeux noirs,
Well, maybe to you your analysis is correct. Other may think otherwise. And since we live HERE, I am not too concerned about any analysis using Europe as a basis for comparison.

@woiyo,
Bernie Sanders is a distinct outlier in American politics. No other Democrat Socialist is on our national political scene. He represents a distinct and intentional departure from politics as usual in the states.

Run of the mill democrats and republicans are remarkably similar.

@Lash,
Cheers.

There are vast differences between 'punch & judy', too - But they are both moving to the will of their puppetmaster, just the same.
