How do I delete my post?

I just hit the delete button, then when it asks if I really want to delete, hit delete again. I've never gotten any hampster message.

If it isn't done within a short period of time from the posting, it cannot be done. There is a time limit factored into the system. There is also a continuity factor which keeps a post from being deleted once a post has been made following your (or anyone's) post.
