Watching the many protests in New York on the news today, it strikes me that the feelings against President Bush are very strong among a significant population. Doesn't it seem that his re-election would be bad for the country in the sense that it would further divide us?
I caution you on your perception of the protests. NY city is virulently liberal and anti-Bush. So is the entire North East, where these people largely came from. This is a still wide open election
The way I see it, there are two types of people for Bush and two types of people for Kerry.
For Kerry, the compassionate and the concerned.
For Bush, the rich and the stupid.
You missed one Kerry group Gus!
The rich and concerned.
Would that be you, panzade?
Can you loan me a couple bucks?
Sure Gus, only if you don't spend it on Night Train
