@oralloy,
Serbia has been traditionally a Christian country since the Christianization of Serbs by Byzantine Christian missionaries Cyril and Methodius in the 9th century. Therefore the dominant confession is Eastern Orthodoxy of the Serbian Orthodox Church. During the Ottoman rule of the Balkans, Sunni Islam established itself in the territories of Serbia, mainly in southern regions of Raška, Preševo, and Bujanovac, as well as in the disputed territory of Kosovo and Metohija. Roman Catholicism has roots in the country since the presence of Hungarians in Vojvodina (mainly in the northern part of the province), while Protestantism arrived in the 18th and 19th century with the settlement of Slovaks in Vojvodina.
atheist= genocidal behavior? so cristobal colon, america vespucio, crusades, utuh were atheist, mayflower passengers were atheist?!!! oh man, show me the prove that makes that statement a fact, please

The question i have then is how can humans attain this internal feeling if we were not created by a supernatural God? How is this possible if we came to existence through random cell formation?

Feelings and emotions arise naturally just like everything else. What would ever make you think otherwise?

I know you meant that as in 'Evolution done it', but that sounds dangerously theistic :-)

Only to someone with a theistically biased perspective on things.

The vast majority of society have some sort of Moral system because it is socially useful for the species...it is also naturally useful fhat a small number is lacking in that department...reminders of what doesn't work are necessary...ecosystems are complex stuff.

@braydenvaness,
Do you think it's coincidence every culture's morals are so similar? Even ones with barely any outside contact? No stealing, lying, killing, etc.? It's not because they read a holy book! We're social beings that can only survive, living and working together, by following some fundamental principles of mutual respect. I wanna use the word EVOLUTION in there somewhere....

My point exactly. But do you think there is no such thing as atheistically biased perspective?

@kency123,
its common among all the species in the world, the problem with us humans is that we´ve push ourselves too far away from nature and begun losing the balance all the animals in the earth have with other member of their specie and mother nature... so somebody pure hearted enough felt the need to share that knowledge by giving example on daily basis... then some stupid thought that, even though the main message was not venerating idols nor scriptures but venerating each other, decided to write a book telling about something somebody told somebody else who finally told him about something that happened sometime involving somebody unknown and ..... look what happened!!! A independent city, not vending to international nor national laws, full of gold and invaluable antiques, supposedly guided by a man inspired by a god but truly dominated by 50 other we know nothing about but powerful enough to blackmail governments all over the world while control the population making them believe in a god they made up centuries ago... IMAGINE!

I think it's more precisely defined as a Naturalistic perspective, which is the base assumption of science. And I don't think we've ever tried to hide that fact. That's how science works.

I wasn't asking about science, I was asking about people.

Science is objective but people only believe they are objective. Objectivity is a big gray zone with people. Both theists and atheists are all over the map in that zone.

And everybody thinks they are the exception.

@Leadfoot,
I believe my friend that I am the exception to your rule in that I have no belief that I am the exception to your observation 😁

@Smileyrius,
Sorry, I was trying to be diplomatic with that rule, but what the hell, this is A2K. I should have said ros thinks he is an exception.

FWIW, I'm an exception too :-)

Evolution...normal abbreviation for 'Darwin's Theory of'. Explaining life on the earth. I guess you could say the earth itself 'evolved' into a planet but it gets confusing...
