So mysteryman, you think that the kinds of atrocities that Kerry has acknowledged are on par with torturing prisoners of war. Your argument is all over the place. Rumsfeld is the acting Secretary of Defense and on his watch there were systematic abuses of prisoners of war. Kerry is running for President, not Secretary of Defense. At the time he committed the atrocities he has acknowledged committing he was a junior officer following orders. You're doing worse than comparing apples and oranges, you're comparing apples to orange trees.
