I left my umbrella in the library.
I left my umbrella at the library.

Are both sentences correct? If so, what is the difference in meaning?

Yes, they are correct. "In the library" implies "inside", but otherwise they aren't much different.

Tang, like Eng says, with "at", the thing might be parked outside
