How can a good God allow suffering

Nameless diseases like the Corona Virus (covid-19), SARS, Avian Flu.

@peacecrusader888,
That's so vague as to be meaningless. We've always had cycles of disease, like bubonic plague, the Black Death and more recently Spanish flu which killed more people than WW1.

Your Spirit might just have easily said it'll rain on a Tuesday.

He's fooled you alright, don't expect others to be so gullible.

Matthew 7 15

Again you're incredibly wrong, this virus came from animals to humans, not the other way round.

So now you're telling me there are at least two Gods and one is all knowing and the other is a doofus?

@Sturgis,
I don't remember Jesus of the Bible being so vague.

Blessed are the harrumph blah hum blah blah because it will be good on a Wednesday perhaps.

So you have no trouble understanding the meaning of His parables?

@livinglava,
That's your problem, not mine.

Jesus was a Socialist which is why **** worshippers like you hate him so much.

No, Jesus was a liberty-communist.

Socialism is when you bully people into working more by taxing them more.

Jesus did not bully people into submission, but rather implored them to see the light.

The miracle of the fish and the loaves was indeed a miracle of communal sharing, but everyone was satisfied with taking less so that everyone else could have some.

If you want to start making sacrifices for the greater good, you should do that. Wear warmer clothes and run the heat less. Use public transit instead of driving. Take better care of the things you have so you can buy less new things and thus waste less resources, including money.

Generally reducing your economic footprint is how you can rekindle the miracle of the fish and the loaves in your own personal economic niche, and you can do it with your own liberty, i.e. without taxing/burdening anyone else to give you more money and stuff than you are already getting in our hyperabundant industrial-consumer culture.

@livinglava,
I'm not wasting any more time on a simple minded fascist like you.

Calling you a Christian would insult Christ.

You support the NRA shooting up schools and a "healthcare" system that murders poor people by neglect.

You're as far away from what Christ preached as it's possible to get.

Now I'm done with you.

This post reeks of pushy/fascist barking against enemy factions.

How long can you go on being fascist by claiming to attack others for 'fascism' before the tactic gets exposed for what it is and is no longer tolerated?

You're getting closer. Try not even replying to my post at all this time, and I think you might be completely done with me, except of course for the fact that you are honoring what I'm saying here by taking my advice.

It's hard to have the last word one-upping someone while also trying to be 'done with them.'

@farmerman,
I know, I don't bother reading him usually. Some you can reason with, with him it's a waste of time.

People who are obsessed with other people's sex lives take creepiness to another level.

Translation:

"I target anyone who acknowledges that abortion is a political topic by calling them 'creepy' and attacking them and hating them in every way possible until they bury/repress their political stance where it will never ever see the light of day again.

Exception: if you're in favor of keeping abortion legal and subsidized, I'm good with you."

@peacecrusader888,
Geez, I could have predicted that nameless diseases would spread. That's not impressive at all. It's a bit like my other ability to predict the future - that the sun will rise tomorrow, that rain will fall in the future, that the tide will come in...see, I'm pretty good at this predicting the future thing...so long as it's something really obvious.

Of course I have a knack for less obvious predictions as well: Another major war will erupt, lets say on Christmas Island as its focal point. If I get the exact location wrong, no problem, I'll just argue that 'christmas island' is representative of where it started because of X,Y,Z, and 'why couldn't you see that before it occurred?' So I too must be able to see the future.

I am just echoing what the spirit of Ama said that World War III will start at Spratly Islands in the middle of the year on a Wednesday. I guess that it would be this year that is why I am pleading that those who believe in the Holy Bible should get out of the USA before 2020-06 -30.

@peacecrusader888,
Your date is not in the Bible. Anywhere. So believing in the Bible is not tied to your warning, and does not mean they should get out of the USA.

Do you realise how many other doomsdayers have existed in this world, completely and utterly believing their doomsday predictions? Not a one of them was right. History shows they continue to make excuses after their prophesied date passes, and history shows they were all, utterly wrong.

@peacecrusader888,
Why will you be any more successful this time? I'm predicting that WW3 will not start this year.

Remember on this you've been 100% wrong, and I've been 100% right.
