Aaarrgghhhh---who invented Daylight Savings Time anyhow? If 3 p.m. Eastern DAYLIGHT Time is correct, then 2 p.m. Central DAYLIGHT time is correct for me. But if it's 3 p.m. Eastern STANDARD time. . . .

Tell you what, I'll pop in on the hour! I hope somebody will start a countdown a couple of hours ahead of time.

Oh, for those of you for whom it will be morning, I'll bring Bloody Marys and Mimosas as well. (Booze is, of course, optional.)

Here I am! It's 3 o'clock!

Where is everyone?

Oh. Wrong time zone. Sorry. Carry on.

Hiyall, it's 10:00 AM Eastern right now. That means that 3:00 PM Eastern is 5 hours from now.

If everyone who logs in for the record posted a brief message in this topic at the same time, would it knacker the site, or would it be okay?

If it would be safe enough, if 1000 people posted at once to the same topic it would be really cool to see the number of posts racing upwards.
