Hi folks. I'd like to ask which color wires in the ceiling fan go to which color wires from the ceiling.

The ceiling wires are: 2 black connected together, 1 red, 1 green, 1 green with thin blue stripe

The wires from the fan are: 1 white (neutral), 1 black (fan motor), 1 blue (light), 1 green
