It looks like a transitional rug but that's not saying much. Are you asking for regional identification based on the knots, patterns, and border?

Sorry, I erroneously responded to the wrong person above. But I also would have ventured that this was a rather inexpensive rug though I admittedly don't have the keenest eye when it comes to appraisal.
