I think that he does. If a reporter has to use that name for the 'war on terror,' one can expect less headlines about it-- because they won't be able to fit all the words in Surprised.

Before he does not believe in the struggle against ideological extremists who do not believe in free societies who happen to use terror as a weapon to try to shake the conscience of the free world?

Everyone would pass out trying to sing along to that. Great against protest songs...
