Please help me with my Russian icon!!

I own a religious icon (I believe it is Russian). I would like to know, if anyone can help me, approximately how old do they think it is, what it says on it and of course if they can give me any information about it. It looks to me like it is done on an older piece of wood and that the wood is then attached to a frame. The icon itself is small (4 1/4" x 3 1/4"). Please help! Thanks!
