Appointing justices who will uphold our Constitutional rights is hardly dismantling the court
Are you implying that the makeup and collective duties of the members of the US Supreme Court are only the priviledge of a single party or political leaning? If thats the case, I wonder why we have so many excess Supreme Court Justices?
Seems that, with your way of thinking, just one GOP justice would do.

Seems that you are the one who hates the way the Constitution is layed out

No. I am stating that liberals hate the Constitution, and that liberal justices maliciously misinterpret the Constitution in order to deliberately violate people's rights.

Conservatives love the Constitution, and conservative justices strive to uphold our Constitutional rights.

No. It is the left who hates the Constitution.

Provide real examples about "liberal justices maliciously misinterpret the Constitution."

Every single time a liberal justice ignores the long history of jurisprudence supporting the right of ordinary people to have guns for self defense, and pretends that the right applies only to militiamen.

The most obvious examples are the liberal dissents to Heller and McDonald when the majority conservatives laid the groundwork for starting to uphold our Constitutional rights.

@cicerone imposter,

The kooks at that website are lying. Pointing out the established meaning that the right has had for centuries is not reinventing anything.

Even though Gorsuch's team confirmed the comments, Trump says they were "mischaracterized."

Fox apparently has their own source to confirm it.

Quote:
President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee said Wednesday that comments Trump made about the federal appeals court deliberating his travel ban were "disheartening and demoralizing," Fox News has learned.

A source on the president's Supreme Court nomination team told Fox that Judge Neil Gorsuch made the remark in a meeting with Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn.

@ehBeth,
Blumenthal, the war hero in viet nam, threw in the characterizations of "abhorrent" and "demoralizing" in such a way as to seemingly impute such words to Gorsuch. Fake news.

Quote:
Blumenthal told reporters after the meeting that Gorsuch had "expressed to me that he is disheartened by the demoralizing and abhorrent comments by president trump about the judiciary."

Trump is the one who is protecting the Second Amendment.

The Democrats are the ones who are trying to violate the Second Amendment.
