We got a great deal on it because the people who had it lived out in the middle of nowhere. It wasn't quite bird refuge remote but still pretty darn remote. It had been sitting on craigslist forever because nobody really drives out that way and even if they do they don't have a way to transport a 500 pound oven.
If you can't tell -- I'm really excited about it!
