Happy New Year!

It's 12.29 am, first January 2016 here.

Sure was a mean old year for many around the world.

I hope this one is better.....

Any highlights people want to share for 2015?

Happy New Year time traveler. How has the next year been so far?

Back in our time we still have the same issues we've had all year. Hopefully next year will be better for us all.

In 2015, we celebrated 27 years together and 23 of them married. We also celebrated my parents' 60th wedding anniversary.

I got my first royalty check, ever (we bought dinner with it). I kept the 4.0 (it was touch and go there for a bit). Got two part-time blogging jobs, too. Creativity surged and that will carry over into next year, when I expect to be querying publishers again.

Health was meh for me and not so good for someone close to me. RP is fine, though, as healthy as ever even though he turned 50.

Happy new year to all! Smile

I've been living on a can of worms for various years but still have a squeak of pollyanna in me. Stay tuned.

@cicerone imposter,
No, they are slow food worms.

check slowfood.com or some similar address.

I like the slowfood person who started it, Carlo Petrini. On the other hand, that is all out of my league. Sometime after I joined, I was welcome, back in Eureka. When I moved to Albuquerque, I tried to signup in abq, apparently no one here. Still have my slowfood pin, a tiny gold snail.

Meantime, I do live on little, and speak up about it once in a while. I am lucky to keep posting here, long as it lasts.

@ossobuco,
Sounds as though you need to send the worms out to work!

@dlowan,
I had my most enjoyable.....except for the damn back again.....overseas trip.

I caught up with my paperwork! That sounds minor, but it was huge.

Sadly decided to sever ties with a friend of 26 years.

Health sucked....back issues.

Still an hour and thirty one minutes here til the new year. I won't lie... 2015 sucked... arse... seriously sucked arse... so... In an hour and now twenty eight minutes still to go I anxiously await the moment to wave a final goodbye to 2015... with my middle finger... lol However, a new page begins tomorrow as it does every day, and this year I hope to write a much better story... lol I wish everyone here the best in the new year as new challenges and trials arise for each one of us. Though we are all separate and unique in our ways, A2K joins us in this weird little way and all of you mean something to me, and I sincerely wish you all the best of everything you hope for and dream. Smile

@dlowan,
I admit to never ever seeing a worm in Albuquerque. Simple to me, there's no actual soil, at least in my area.

Yes...having no family, friends are very precious to me...especially very close ones. As to you, I have no doubt. However.....so it goes.
