left or right wing militias

Considering the performance of the militia in American history, i'd prefer to see them stay home. That's why we have a huge, expensive military establishment; that's why we employ millions of police officers and fire fighters.

I really rather doubt that there is any such thing as a "left wing" militia. Your prejudices are showing.

In the sixties there were leftist militants types (or so I gather) but for most part most of those are not really going around saying, "death to pigs" since Charles Manson kind of took all the popularity out of it. (least that is what I think)

Likewise I don't think there are too many right militants since Timothy McVeigh, but I could be wrong.

As far as I am aware we have only one militia. Maybe Inbredd could tell us what the difference is between a left and a right wing militia and how we go about choosing one.
