Weird Electrical

So, My garage has 5 outlets on the same breaker ( one of which is my garage door). When I plug anything significant like a saw or vacuum into one of the other outlets they all die. I know it is just overloaded but here is the weird thing. It does not trip a breaker, I flip the breaker and the power does not return. The power randomly returns between 1-3 months later. Any Ideas on how to fix?

yes! I'd hire an electrician if it were me. you have an open circuit somwhere.

Gs, some breakers have a peculiar third position. Try switching it clear off, then smartly set back to on
