Selling Single-Panel Cartoons

I believe that when a publication needs a picture or cartoon to illustrate an article it is publishing, it goes to a firm that owns a "library" of such pictures and/or cartoons.

I wish to sell some single-panel cartoons to such a firm. What is the name/address of such a firm(s)?
