death dream

for the past few days I have been dreaming about death. one night in my dream my best friend told me that I will be dying within 49 days. ans yesterday I dreamt that three young (unknown) girls were dead and their white colored coffin were placed outside my building. I have a symbol of cross (exactly the cross symbol of jesus) on my left palm. on the day of good friday i dream and felt a voice saying that if i will continue to do something then I will die....i am confused what does it means. am I or someone in my home going to die??
