Are there any fans of American Horror Story?

This season is called 'Hotel', I taped it and am only in about 15 minutes. Dear God, it's frightening as hell. Anybody else a fan? I'm not sure I'll be a fan after this episode, but we will see.

I seen the first three seasons:
Murder House, Asylum, and Coven. I loved every one of them. Coven didn't deserve the backlash it got from some of its fans. I love the change in tone and story for each season.

Waiting for Freak Show to come to Netflix. Yep. I'm looking forward to how Lady Gaga works into the current season. The way they incorporated Stevie Nicks into season three was freaking brilliant.

I started watching it last year, got through the first three episodes and got bored, so I stopped. Haven't seen it since.

What's so good about this show?

I watched the first season and I was totally hooked. I highly recommend it!
The seasons following I didn't like.
This last season I haven't seen yet.

No spoilers. I've seen all the others, very good. They're all stand alone, but there was a bit of a crossover with Asylum and Freak Show.

When I was a kid I was terrified of Doctor Who. I can remember hiding around the corner with my back to the wall when the cybermen were on.

Hmmm, well then, may be it's just the material I find uninteresting. Or maybe I didn't give it a long enough try.

I'll probably try it again for a few more episodes and see if I like it any better.

I should have used a different word than frightening, but I'm not going to expand on it right now because I think people should be able to view it without my recap. I'm going to watch the next few episodes and see if it grows on me. Every version of AHS takes time to roll out, well at least for me, I am usually befuddled the first few episodes trying to pick up the threads of the story.

The second episode come on at 10 EST. I hope I like this episode better than the first.

Well, I could not watch more than 30 minutes. It was just not enjoyable. I did like several characters, but overall, I lost interest. Hopefully it picks up some momentum in the following episodes.

I noticed the new episodes are on netflix. I just put it on my list.

My favorite has been Asylum.

Although, in Coven, the following was my favorite moment....

Asylum was my favorite as well.

I'm half way through Freak Show. It's not bad but it's my least favorite season so far. I'm watching it on Hulu Plus.

I really loved Coven as well. That was a perfect season.

Still haven't seen season 5, Hotel, but I really love the supervague and enigmatic marketing for season 6. What the heck is this one going to be about? Bring it on!
