ADN vs BSN

Hello,

I was wondering how much of a difference it makes when looking for a nursing job if you have a two-year versus a four-year degree? I realize that most hospitals are moving towards four-year nurses but with shortages all over the country, is having only a two-year degree hindering my chances of being hired?
