HELP! I love my job and I love my profession but I am sick of the daily BS that goes on with gossip, mean supervisors and daily put downs. No matter wht I do every day is another challenge. Does anyone have any suggestions?

@feduprn,
Can you look for another job? This sounds like a personality conflict and generally the best you can do, when you're in a profession that's in demand (which you are) is to try to move on.

@feduprn,
Without knowing you or your history, it's hard to tell you anything definitive. How objective do you feel you are? Have you ever had this sort of work problem before? Do you feel that outside of that work situation, you have good friends and family relations? Do you feel kind of fragile elsewhere?
