If you can see someone's socks when they are wearing boots, they are doing something verra verra wrong.

If you can see more than a tiny bit of their socks when they are wearing trousers, you have to wonder who measured them for the pants.

soooo bottom line, they are badly dressed if we can see their socks

so mortifying for them Embarrassed
