We do in non-summer time, Little k!!!

The Northern territory is backwards - it refuses to change - they believe it fades the cows, or something......they stay on standard time -we move forward an hour to Central Daylight saving time.

The states are very big 'k - the territory and us take up the whole middle of the continent! That is a lot of your states - that is why you wouldn't have one state in a time zone all by itself. Cos of the territory, we do, for part of the year. There still isn't a half hour difference on BOTH sides of my state!

Hmmm - interesting question - why did I react? Maybe cos over the years I have become a bit frustrated by - lord help me - Americans -not having the foggiest idea that other places are on different times, or that the seasons are reversed in the southern hemisphere - I still get perfectly reasonable and intelligent folk refusing to believe that christmas is in summer here or that we are ahead of you guys time-wise.

So - maybe I have a little irritated place about matters of time? And I am reactive over it? Sorry!

It isn't as though you don't understand the time stuff.......

phoenix - the site that i posted the link to has the option of 12 and 24 hour. Coming from a military community, I'm still more tuned-in to 24 hour time.

Easy to believe as per clock and calendar; however I don't think you found a flaw in Einstein's theory.

dlowan, I'm all in your favor of being frustrated by Americans. Center of the universe, that sort of thing.
