Ok so me and my co worker have a African American Boss. We dont hva emany problems with hiim but he usually gets mad if we dont remeber things from a couple of days ago or we arent walking fast enough. we do back talk him if he yells at us enough but its very rare for us. but he always says we hate him because hes black and hes alwasy saying its because were racists. any one have something similar or any advice?
My advice: try harder to remember things he tells you, and try to walk (work?) faster so he can't have any beef with you.
