And when the air becomes uraneous,
We will all go simultaneous,
Oh we'll all go together when we go!

I LOVE Tom Lehrer.

He's a corker, Boss . . . i saw him on television on the program That Was the Week That Was in the early 60's, as an impressionable young lad. I laughed . . . and i thought . . . he was very significant in the formation of my view of the world of adults . . .

Your parents allowed you to watch British satirical programme TW3?

I thought that was tantamount to treason in the US.

But it might explain your peculiar (for a 'merican) view of the world...i.e. quite sensible at times

There was an American version thereof . . .

My grandfather was a Democratic Precinct Committeeman back in those bad old days of the 1920's and -30's, when they were very nearly commies. My mother and father met in England in Dubya-Dubya Two, and were married in a little Catholic Church in Kent on 4/4/44 . . . altogether, an unhealthy background . . .

my parents were married 6/6/42 which makes me exactly 2/2/2 years older than you. (Potentially)

How old are you. My father was born in '52, and I'm 17. Does that make you 21?

Too young to take seriously

By the way, I would have thought you, Gauty, would support my nude mud-wrestling idea.

Yup!! Evil or Very Mad
But since you share a surname with one of my favourite Prime Ministers, I'll make an exception in your case, always providing you are equally tolerant of the over-50s.

But now I must go and watch Greece beat Portugal... or have Portugal got a chance?
