It is a portrait painting of a yellow-ish manor above a body of water in which its reflection can be seen, to the right of the painting are three trees which are thin and tall in a dark green colour. The painting is either watercolour or an oil painting but I'm not too sure about who the artist is.

Is anyone able to help me identify the artist of this painting please?
