continue acting in accord with his own desire to show his disregard for God's authority.
A person grieving the holy spirit may go so far as to blaspheme against it, which sin Jesus Christ said will not be forgiven in the present system of things nor in that to come.
So, the citation in Hebrews, ch 10 was the correct response to my question. All that may be necessary is for someone to come to the realization that the Bible is God's inspired word and turn his back against it to pursue his/her moral license. It took me only a few hours to reach that crossroad.
