We can just add this one to the ever growing list of insiders that slam Bush's antiterror policies.
Yes, but does the CIA as an entity have a problem with the Administration, or is this just the opinion of one anonymous analyst?

That's not an easy question to answer with any certainty, partly because there are a lot of opinions floating about on the matter and it is difficult to judge their accuracy, but also because the CIA and the administration or somewhat diverse in philosophies and allegiances.
But it is a good question, and I'll try to remember to let you know whenever I bump into credible pieces on this.
