The picture is not a painting but more like a drawing on paper with cardboard backing held in place with staples to the inside frame. The medium proposed is Chalk or Pastels but nothing like oils or acrylic. The signature is not seen and may not exist.
The Copyright print is by MORRIS & BENDIEN.

*Picture description:* it reminds me of a scene where Boaz is playing music for Ruth after spending a day gleaning the wheat fields.
