Your ideal political system

The government consists of one main leader who has a large group of skilled advisers. The leader is not elected in or out. The leader has complete control over the country in order to make it run efficiently.

NOTE: For the below when I say prison sentence what would actually happen to males between the age of 18-35 would be immediately forced into military service for as long as needed up to the length of their sentence. Female convicts would not be forced but would get the opportunity. they would be in the lowest position, unable to rank up for the length of their sentence . They would be placed on the front lines and in humanitarian aid overseas but these convict soldiers would not be trusted in emergency responses in the homeland. discipline for these soldiers would be especially strict, with a death penalty for desertion. The use of performance enhancing drugs like growth hormone and steroids would be encourages in the army and those drugs would be provided there would be other work camps at a slower pace for those unfit to serve. if the convict had a sentence of over 15 years (hard to get in this system) and was unable to serve the state during that time for they would be given the death sentence so they wouldn't be dragging down the system.


Justice systems:
-no substances are banned to the public at the age of 16 and up
-citizens would be fined if using drugs/drunk in public on charges of indecency, repeated offences = higher fines and then sent to prison
-government would ban all advertising of substances with the possible exception of alcohol, and put out anti drug messages and anti drug programs in schools.
-drug users would be looked down on like modern day smokers but the substances would all be legal and sold by the government, taking huge amounts of money away from organized crime and bringing it straight to the government.
-crimes of murder would result in approximately 15 years prison sentence depending on the scenario

-all non violent crimes would just be punished with fines, except large frauds and with some other exceptions (ex. a wife lying to the husband about who's child it is)

-if a uniformed (or a off duty/undercover officer who had identified as an officer) is killed then the killer may be executed on the spot by police if 3 or more witnesses to the death of the officer are present and willing to sign legal documents. all of these incidents would later be investigated to see if police acted correctly.

-firearms with the exception of fully automatic weapons with the capability to pierce body Armour would be legal to citizens, along with open carry rights.

-fraud against the government would he held on the same level of murder, like bribes to tax frauds.

-total EQUALITY nobody could be discriminated because of race or gender. (some things like only male convicts being forced into the military as they are naturally stronger and generally less emotional would exist though.)

-those who are so severely mentally handicap that they can only sit there and drool would be euthanized as they are not really alive anyways and just drag down everyone else who is capable of living and enjoying life.

-females would be encouraged to join the work force, no "traditional views".

-abortion up to the would be up to the mother.

-universal health care

-those who have genetic deceases that can be passed on would be banned from reproduction.


-Okay so there is obviously a huge amount more to put down but that's it for now. there would be more money in the governing system because of getting money from both selling what america would call illegal substances and no pricey "war on drugs", smaller correctional facility's because of punishing by fines (<--more money to the system) .
